If They Really Wanted To

I’d like to believe that if people truly wanted to keep in contact with you, or see you, or show you affection they would. But reality isn’t that simple. people are afraid of vulnerability and question the motives of the people around them. And they wonder how they will be seen and thought of. So they hold back their desires and requests and opt to remain silent. So I try not to jump to conclusions.

Humanity deserves an opportunity to be understood.
