Gym
I worked out once this entire vacation. I went to the gym for 30 minutes and then went straight home. It felt so good to be active again. It was like being a tennis player again. I missed that feeling. Unfortunately after that first time things kept coming up. I had friends to meet with, errands to do, or I left work too late. It’s also so annoying lugging around my tote bag (haven’t found an affordable duffel bag yet).
I can go today, I have everything I need with me. Unfortunately I just want to sit home and read my book. Classes are also starting soon and I should get all my supplies ready, and organize my desk. Working out just isn’t a priority. I do plan on going again before school starts and then setting up a schedule so it isn’t so sporadic.
In the mean time I guess I can work with weights at home. O why must being healthy be such a chore.
