Next Steps

Everyone is talking about GRE’s, grad school and “real” jobs now that the end of their undergraduate career is near. I on the other hand am only slightly less confused than when I started. I’ve definitely learned a lot about myself, and I’ve narrowed down my options but I can’t even describe my ideal job. I just want to be able to support myself financially and start living on my own.

There are a lot of things that make me happy, and I can’t really tell which are just hobbies and which are possible careers. On the bright side I don’t have to stick to one career for the rest of my life. I can do quite a few actually. So I’m going to take this school year and possibly the year afterwards to figure this all out.

I keep comparing my life journey to that of everyone else, and it’s making me feel like I’m falling behind, and not doing enough. But that’s not the case at all, I’m doing what suits me best, and that’s more than enough.

Just have to make sure I’m continuously making progress.

I’ll be just fine.
