Impressing People

Every time I try to make a good impression, I do something stupid. Then I end up thinking about it the rest of the day. I shouldn’t have to try to impress anyone. I should be able to do that by just being myself.

Most of the people that have impressed me, that have grabbed my attention and haven’t let it go weren’t trying to blow my mind. They were just minding their business and being themselves.

I mean I’m probably easily impressed but there have been times when I’ve watched people do the most mundane task and have been completely captivated. So I’m going to test out my theory and just be myself.

It’s not like I can keep up this facade for too long anyways.
