New Focus
My focus is constantly on what I’m losing. The consequences of my actions are a continuous worry because I hate to disappoint people. Yet, I realized that while I’ve been concerned with not disappointing others, I’ve been disappointing myself.
I worry all the time. For the smallest things. So much so that I keep myself from doing all the things I want to do.
I need to learn to let things go, just be calm.
I’m worrying just thinking about doing that…
