Great Choice

I haven’t created a to-do list but I’m sure I have plenty of work to do. Not only for the organization I’m helping, but also for myself. However, I’ve been relaxed the entire week. I’m calm and satisfied. Every time I leave home for a few days I get this sense of peace. It could be NYC or possibly my household that bring on all the stress, but either way leaving usually is a rewarding experience. In a way I would like to go home and have the things I’m used to, but being here makes me so content. I don’t mind sharing my bed, bathroom, and rationing food, the company makes it all worthwhile.

I’m sharing this new experience with some very interesting, talented, skilled, good-hearted people. I’m glad I made the decision to make this trip, it puts my life into perspective and gives me hope that I do have a bright future.
