I always find something new I want to learn. I want to learn piano, guitar, italian/french, how to cross stitch, knit, and a whole lot of other stuff. I’ve been considering taking classes for this. Or paying to get one-on-one lessons. Yet, if I would have taken interest in the skills my parents all ready have, I would be a well rounded person. For example I would know how to bake a cake from scratch, decorate the cake, stitch, knit, memorize poetry, be good at geography, make a flower arrangement, be able to play drums/guira to just about any beat, be able to dance to most beats, know my different meats, be a good sales person/manager, and some other stuff. But nooo I wanted to watch sailormoon instead. I need to stop ignoring the resources around me. Time to have a chat with the parents.
